Responses wanted in regard to mentoring in STEM

In collaboration with faculty from four institutions, Dr. Julie Libarkin invites participants for a research survey focusing on the relationship between mentoring and diversity in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). They are interested in learning more about relationships with faculty, peers, and others as participants entered and moved through respective disciplines. This work will help build better mechanisms for attracting and retaining individuals from diverse groups, and anyone who considers themselves a member of STEM is invited to participate. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, participation is voluntary, and responses will remain anonymous. Participants will have an opportunity to enter their name into a drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card at the end of the survey.
